The 5 Whys Method

The 5 Whys is a technique used to get to the root of a problem and eventually solve it.

It’s a way to understand what made the problem occur in the first place and which department should be addressed in attempt to provide a better product or a service, if we’re talking about a business.

But this technique is also useful when working on your mission and understanding why you’re doing what you’re doing.

Remembering your why helps you reignite that spark and joy you had when you just started out as well as keeps you motivated for going through all the hurdles and obstacles on the way.
